We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns will not be accepted for:
Items sent back without a return request
Sale items or gift cards
Customized or personalized items

Ship the return to:

Once your return is accepted, we will:
Provide a return shipping label
Share instructions for shipping the item back
Please inspect your items upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:
You receive the wrong product
The item is damaged or defective
We’ll evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Note: Minor damage caused by courier handling is not returnable. However, we package everything with great care, and most parcels arrive safely. Check out our packaging process on our social media pages.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the result.
If approved:
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
Please note: Some banks or credit card companies may take longer to reflect the refund.
